Ski cluster “Three Peaks” in Kyrgyzstan to be ready to welcome its first guests by end of 2025
Currently, the State Enterprise “Kyrgyz Courchevel” under the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, together with the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the State Construction Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, is developing the master plan for the “Jyrgalan” tourist town, Kabar reports.
According to the project plan, the area will include 5-star, 4-star, and 3-star hotels, apartments, administrative buildings, wellness and resort complexes, a children’s entertainment center, technical service buildings for the entire complex, shopping and entertainment centers, a yurt and glamping town, a mosque, parks, recreational areas, guest parking lots, and multi-level parking structures. The height of buildings and structures will not exceed six stories.
It should be noted that the construction of 3-star hotels will be carried out by the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic. The construction of other comprehensive infrastructure will be handled by invited investors. Ski and engineering infrastructure (electricity, roads, internet, drinking water, and sewage systems) will be built using the republican budget.
In addition, special attention is paid to the environmental aspect. All construction activities will be carried out in compliance with environmental standards.
It is worth reminding that Kyrgyzstan intends to attract USD20 billion in investment funds in ski tourism.
