The platform is designed for drilling of four wells, the report said. Daily debit of four wells on the platform No.6 is projected to reach two million cubic meters of gas and 600 tons of condensate. The platform will be installed at the point where the water depth is 26 meters. It will be on the balance sheet of oil and gas extraction office named after Nariman Narimanov, Trend reports.

As the first vice-president of the State Oil Company Khoshbakht Yusifzade said earlier, SOCAR will construct a new platform on the "Bulla Deniz" field in the area where a fire occurred as a result of an accident. The fire on the old platform was extinguished, and on October 25, 2013, it was annexed to the gas transportation system.

Considering the new block's reserves at the field where the well showed a very large debit, a new platform will be built. The reserves of the new block where a high result was achieved are estimated to stand at 10 billion cubic meters of gas, he said.
