Special events to familiarize Kazakhstanis with Hungarian culture

ALMATY. March 1. KAZINFORM /Aigul Turysbekova/ The cultural events dedicated to the presidency of Hungary in the EU in the first six months of 2011 will be held in Kazakhstan.

As is known, all music lovers of the world celebrate famous Hungarian composer Franz Liszt's 200th birthday anniversary this year. Thus, the year 2011 was declared international Liszt Year at the general assembly of UNESCO.

According to Consul General of Hungary in Kazakhstan Szilard Teleki, a famous Hungarian pianist will perform in Almaty and other cities of Kazakhstan within the celebration of this anniversary.

The romantic comedies will be demonstrated within the Hungarian Film Festival on March 25-27.
