Specialized investment court to be established in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Specialized investment court is planned to be established in Kazakhstan, this has been announced by the judge of the Supreme Court Nurzhan Kaiypzhan during a briefing in Central Communications Service.

He said that the Supreme Court has initiated the creation of a special order of resolution of disputes involving investors. Earlier it was reported that over the past 6 years in Kazakhstan judicial acts have protected rights of legal entities, including foreign investors, for the sum totaling more than $ 240 billion tenge.
