State Counselor Karin names key message of Tokayev’s interview to Ana Tili newspaper

Kazakh State Counselor Erlan Karin noted that Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev summed up the results of 2024 as well as commented on the most discussed issues in the society, including the recent transiton to the single time zone, NPP, dollar exchange rate, Talgar events, possible early elections and so on, in his interview to the Ana Tili newspaper, Kazinform News Agency reports.

Such an open and extensive interview the Head of State gave at the start of the year becomes a new political tradition.

The key message of the interview is that the deep and comprehensive reforms in the country will continue, that there is a lot of work ahead, and that it’s necessary to join efforts and keep unity in the society in the conditions of difficult challenges, said Karin.

According to the State Counselor, the interview set the key domestic agenda for the entire 2025 year, benefiting the government agencies and the society for a better understanding of the objectives of the state policy and the vision of the authority of the country’s further development.
