State symbols reflect centuries-old dream of Kazakhstanis of freedom and independence - K.Saudabayev
ASTANA. December 22. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan reflect centuries-old dream of the Kazakh people of freedom and independence. Secretary of State Kanat Saudabayev has announced at a session of the Republican Commission on State Symbols.
"A national emblem, a national flag, a national anthem are required attributes of a modern state. Hence state symbols have special role in formation of patriotism and upbringing of the young generation," K.Saudabayev said.
The Secretary of State reminded the session participants the words of President Nursultan Nazarbayev: "The state symbols are one of the secure foundations of our state, our sovereignty."
The Minister of Communications and Information and the Minister of Transport and Communications reported on a work on using and propaganda of state symbols.
