Storm alert: Flooding expected in Almaty region (PHOTO)

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The committee for emergencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan issued a storm alert in Almaty region.

"Due to heavy rainfall the rise of the water level of some rivers of Almaty region and flooding are expected in Almaty region on June 18," the statement reads.
