Storm alert issued as frost hits two regions of Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The Committee for emergency situations of the Internal Affairs Ministry of Kazakhstan has issued storm alert in two regions of the country.

Temperatures are expected to drop to -28, -33°C in East Kazakhstan and Karaganda regions.
