Storm warning issued in Almaty region

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The avalanche possibility is still high in the mountains of Almaty region due to precipitation and unstable state of the snow cover, the committee for emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan informs.

The committee recommends people to avoid steep slopes because of the avalanche danger, the statement of the committee reads.
