Strengthening coop between Kazakh-Bulgarian highest judicial agencies to promote judicial legal systems development - M.Alimbekov

ASTANA. November 23. KAZINFORM /Timur Bekturganov/ Strengthening cooperation between highest judicial agencies of Kazakhstan and Bulgaria will promote further development and improvement of judicial legal systems of our countries. Chairman of the Kazakhstan Supreme Court Mussabek Alimbekov has announced it at the meeting with Chairman of the Supreme Court of Cassation of Bulgaria Lazar Gruev, who is paying an official visit to Astana.

The Chairman of the Kazakhstan Supreme Court told the Bulgarian colleague about the structure of the national judicial system and reforms of the legal sphere held in the country. M.Alimbekov noted attention of the country's leadership to the issues of ensuring transparency and tolerance to the judgment processes.

The delegation of the Bulgarian judges headed by Chairman of the Supreme Court of Cassation Lazar Gruev arrived in Astana on the invitation of the Kazakh side within the framework of implementation of "Path to Europe" state program. Within the framework of the visit there are planned meetings with judges and members of the scientific advisory board of the Kazakhstan Supreme Court, surveying the Academy of Public Administration under the Kazakh President and presentation of the project on introduction of the system of digital record of judicial process.

Following up the results of the visit the sides will sign the protocol on cooperation between highest judicial agencies of Kazakhstan and Bulgaria in the sphere of judicial procedures.
