Study tour to Austria for Central Asian Youth Network alumni
ASTANA. KAZINFORM Five students, one from each of the five countries of Central Asia, who participated in the 2013 Central Asian Youth Network (CAYN) seminar, will travel to Vienna, Austria for an OSCE study tour Feb 26-28.

During the visit, they will meet officials from the OSCE Secretariat and Institutions and familiarize themselves with their structure and day-to-day activities. The event aims to teach them about the organization's activities and current security issues being addressed by the OSCE. The alumni will attend a Permanent Council session, meet with representatives of OSCE delegations and receive briefings from OSCE staff members, OSCE Centre in Astana reports.
This trip is part of the OSCE's efforts to enhance young people's understanding of contemporary security threats and explain the OSCE's role in responding to them. The tour is organized by OSCE Centre in Astana with the support of other OSCE field offices in the region.
