Sultan of Oman invited to visit Kazakhstan

Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Sultanate of Oman Aidarbek Tumatov presented his credentials to the Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tarik, Kazinform News Agency has learnt from the press service of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry.

During the audience the issues on further strengthening ties between Kazakhstan and Oman were discussed. The parties paid special attention to increasing cooperation in the trade and economic sphere, in particular the effective use of Oman’s transit and transport potential for the delivery of Kazakhstan production to the Arabian Gulf countries and other regions.

Ambassador Tumatov reaffirmed the invitation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the Sultan of Oman to visit Kazakhstan at a convenient time.
