Sultanbek Syzdykov appointed head of Almaty Directorate of Asian Games

ALMATY. November 1. KAZINFORM /Yelena Ilinskaya/ Sultanbek Syzdykov has been appointed the head of the Almaty Directorate of the Asian Games, the Directorate of the Games informs.

Former head of the Almaty Directorate of the Asian Games Sultanmakhmut Shokbytov was relieved of the post in view of the claims from the municipal akimat - failing to accomplish the set tasks. S. Syzdykov has plenty of work to do such as finish construction of sports facilities and preparation for the Games of the continent in the shortest time.

As it was informed earlier Yerzhan Boltaev was acting head of Almaty Directorate of the 16th Asian Winter Games.
