ASTANA. November 30. KAZINFORM /Askar Bimendin/ The Summit in Astana has special meaning. It is going to be remembered as a historic event, OSCE Secretary General Marc Perrin de Brichambaut said it at a briefing in the Palace 'Shabyt'.
