Support Center for foreign observers opened in Almaty
ALMATY. March 16. KAZINFORM /Aigul Turysbekova/ Due to the early presidential elections of Kazakhstan the Support Center for foreign observers has opened in Almaty.
According to head of the Center Aidar Balabekov, there are 156 international observers from different organizations already registered in Kazakhstan.
'There are two observers from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) registered in Almaty. The full personnel of the international observers will be formed after March 24', the head of the Center informed.
