Syria: Car bomb explodes in Manbij, 15 people dead
The toll from a car bomb explosion in Manbij, east of Aleppo, in northern Syria. This was reported by the Syrian news agency “Sana”, Agenzia Nova reports.

According to White Helmets rescuers, the explosion occurred near a vehicle carrying agricultural workers.
The victims are mostly women, 14, and one man. In addition, there are 15 other women injured and some are in critical condition.
The car bomb exploded at the southern entrance to the city of Manbij, in areas controlled by factions of the National Army.
This is the sixth explosion of this kind in the areas recently controlled by pro-Turkish factions.
Earlier it was reported that Türkiye has reopened its consulate general in Syria’s Aleppo.
