TCO crude oil output reached 13 mln tons

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Crude oil production of TengizChevroil (TCO) reached 13 mln tons (104 mln barrels) for the first half of the year, its press service said.

The company transports oil via CPC to Novorossiysk, via rail to Odessa, Taman and Aktau and further to Batumi and Kulevi.

During the period under review, TCO sold 627,000 of liquefied petroleum gas, 3,3 bln cubic meters of dry gas and 1,8 mln tons of sulfur that is 166% of the 1,1 mln tons produced in the first six months of the year. The company exports high-quality sulfur to the customers of the Mediterranean basin and Central Asia, including Russia, Ukraine and China, and provides domestic market.
