Teacher, 2 students killed in road accident in Aktobe region

A man and two schoolchildren were killed in a road accident in Aktobe region earlier this morning, Kazinform News Agency has learnt from local police.

The road accident involving a Toyota Alphard and a Volvo truck occurred at around 8:30 am local time on the Samara-Shymkent highway near Qurylys village.

The accident claimed lives of the Toyota Alphard driver and two schoolchildren traveling in the car. The driver was reportedly the children’s teacher taking them to the regional stage of the republican Olympiad where they were supposed to participate.

The police are investigating the circumstances of the tragic accident.
