Teacher appeals to introduce distance education for disabled kids

ANA. August 24. KAZINFORM /Gulnara Zhandagulova/ "It is necessary to introduce distance education for children with disabilities in the new school year",  chief of the Education Department of Astana Assima Bimendina proposed today at the eaching staff meeting in Astana.   

"It is necessary to consider introducing distance education for the children with disabilities who cannot attend schools because of health issues. Nowadays there are 230 disabled children in the city, 103 of them study at home", according to A.Bimendina.

"However the main problem of special education - absence of facilities - still remains unresolved", she added.
