The biggest bawyrsak to be baked at the agricultural fair of Akmola province

ASTANA. October 31. KAZINFORM - This weekend the agricultural fair of Akmola province will take place on the central square of Astana, where the biggest bawyrsak is to be baked within the framework of a theatrical show program “Festival of bawyrsaks”, astana.kz informs.

“Total volume of products to be brought by Akmola province will amount to 450 tons for the sum of 110 mln tenge”, - it is reported in the message. More than 100 types of products will be sold there: 100 tons of meat and meat foods, including 35 tons of beef, 13 tons of mutton, 11 tons of pork, 13 tons of horse meat, 5 tons of poultry meat, 18 tons of sausage gods, smoke products and by-products; 16 tons of milk and dairy products, 180 thousand of eggs, 4 tons of fresh fish, 5,6 tons of bakery products, 54 tons of flour, 115 tons of potato, and confectionery, honey and berry jam.

100 tents will be placed on the square for realization of goods, 200 outlets can be visited there. In addition, the program provides for an exhibition of eco-products “TOP-10 of the most ecologically clean products”, and arts and crafts fair will be held there. During the fair, free treat will be organized for guests, and a premium drawing with prizes for each 100th buyer will be held. And a concert program with the participation of performers and creative teams from Akmola province will be presented for residents and guests of the capital at the fair to create festive atmosphere on the city square.
