Those who invest in Kazakhstan will be winners - Ambassador Amreyev

KONYA. February 16. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan's Ambassador in Ankara Baghdad Amreyev said Saturday those Turkish businessmen who had been hurt by the financial crisis in the construction, textiles and agricultural sectors would be winners if they chose to invest in Kazakhstan.

Speaking to the AA, Amreyev said that Kazakhstan had been affected by the global financial crisis and that his country was one of the rare countries who overcame the crisis. "Thanks to our warm international relations, Kazakhstan got affected by the global economic crisis only for a very short period of time", Amreyev said. The government of Kazakhstan provided tax and investment incentives for businessmen, Amreyev said. "As a country with vast mineral resources, Kazakhstan is open to all businessmen who are planning to invest in this sector," Amreyev said.
