Three gold medals and first place won by Kazakh boxers at Grand Prix

ASTANA. March 18. KAZINFORM - Three gold medals and the first place have been won in the team-up performances of the Kazakh boxers at the 44th International Tournament Grand Prix, which ended on March 16 in the town of Usti nad Labem (Czech Republic). Confidently leading the battles, leaving rivals no chance the winners were Ilyas Suleimenov (52 kg), who won the final of the Chinese athlete, Adilbek Niyazymbetov (81 kg), who snatched victory from the Dutchman, and Ivan Dychko (+ 91 kg), who crushed the representative of Armenia.

It should be noted that Adilbek Niyazymbetov has been found to be the best boxer of the tournament, which was attended by 82 sportsmen from 16 countries, and Nurbek Batyrov was considered to be the best judge - international referee of AIBA "3 stars" category.

The team has been led at the tournament by the coaching staff with the head coach of Kazakhstan boxing team Myrzagali Aitzhanov and the coaches Marat Dzhakiev and Marat Eleusinov.

Two of our boxers have poorly competed in the Czech Republic: they are Daniyar Yeleusinov (69 kg), who lost in the first battle, and Kairat Yeraliyev (56 kg) losing in the second one.
