Three Kyrgyz nationals injured in AZAL plane crash leave for home
Tilek Osmonov, Erlan Dzhunushaliyev and Rinat Assanov were discharged from the intensive care unit of Mangistau Regional Hospital on December 28, Kazinform News Agency reports citing local akimat.
Their condition is estimated as stable. Accompanied by their relatives, the Kyrgyz nationals left for home.
Three nationals of Azerbaijan are still getting treatment in ICU.
The governmental commission investigating into the accident cause is working in Aktau.
The Azerbaijan Airlines plane which was operating Baku-Grozny flight crashed near Aktau on December 25. 67 people including 5 crew members were aboard the plane. 38 people died and 29 survived as a result of the accident.
In an interview with Azerbaijan TV, President Ilham Aliyev thanked Kazakhstan for rescue efforts and assistance provided to the survivors.
