Thundershowers to grip Kazakhstan throughout Monday

Unsteady weather with rain and thunderstorms is forecast to set the tone throughout the greater part of Kazakhstan on Monday. The country’s west and south are expected to enjoy weather without precipitations, Kazinform News Agency cites Kazhydromet.

High wind and fog are in store for the country’s south, east and southeast.

Aktobe, Ulytau, Zhetysu, West Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda, Zhambyl, Karaganda, East Kazakhstan, Almaty and Kostanay regions are expected to brace for high fire threat.

The extremely high fire threat remains in effect in Kyzylorda, Turkistan, Zhambyl, Atyrau, Mangistau, West Kazakhstan, Karaganda, Ulytau, Abai, Aktobe, Almaty regions.
