The decorations of the Golden Man represent the second stage, during which the first nomad tribal unions and proto-states of the Saka and Sarmatians emerged.
The stone sculptures tell the history of medieval Kazakhstan during the era of Turkic Kagans; the lamps from the Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi provide evidence of establishment of Islam in the Kazakh steppe; the chapan of Kazybek bi – the formation of the Kazakh Khanate and establishment of modern Kazakhstan.
