Tokayev suggested opening branches of world’s best universities in Turkic countries

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev suggested developing cooperation in the sphere of education at the 10th Anniversary Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Astana, Kazinform News Agency reports. 

“It is crucial to strengthen cooperation in the sphere of education and science based on scientific partnership. In this connection, I suggest opening the branches of the world’s best universities in our countries,” Tokayev said at the summit.

According to the Head of State, it is necessary to carry out joint scientific events and exchange experience.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev also called on paying utmost attention to the development of AI, digital and aerospace industries.
