Kazakhstani Tomiris Zair competes in national costume competition of Miss Universe 2023

 Miss Almaty-2022 и Vice Miss Qazaqstan-2022 Tomiris Zair, representing Kazakhstan, competed in the national costume competition of the Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador, Kazinform News Agency correspondent reports. 

I’d like to express many thanks to each of you for kind words. Yesterday, there was the official opening, semifinal, today is the national costume show, Tomiris shared on her Instagram account.

The Kazakhstani wore the costume designed by Kyrgyz Arzubek Amanov, who chose the design of the headdress so that it looked not alike to Saukele or Kimeshek but looked more stylized. The focus was made on the symbol of Kazakhstan – the eagle.

To look closely, it’s like it spread its wings and ready to fly. I was also curious of the personality of Kazakh Queen Tomyris, took her style and made it more present, Arzubek wrote on his Instagram.
