Traffic accident kills 6 foreigners in Atyrau region

ATYRAU. KAZINFORM - Today an accident occurred on "Kulsary-Beineu" highway in Atyrau region.

The traffic accident took place near the village of Moykomgen. "KamAZ" truck-trailer has collided "Lada Largus" passenger car. According to preliminary information, a driver of KamAZ lost steering control and drove into oncoming traffic where it head-collided with the passenger car. The driver of "Lada-Largus" and five passengers, citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, have died on the spot. Another passenger, 29-year-old man, with severe injuries was brought to the district hospital in Kulsary village. The driver of "KamAZ" was not injured. Criminal case under 345 article of the Criminal Code has been opened.
