Transition to state language should be activated ? Minister of Culture and Information

ASTANA. April 15. KAZINFORM /Kurmat Samarkhan/ All state bodies and institutions should activate work on transition to the Kazakh language, Minister of Culture and Information Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed has said at the session of the board today.

?In conformity with the state program on languages functioning and development, all state bodies and institutions should move to the State Language. We should activate this work?, the Minister noted. Further work in this direction provides for development of information technologies. The list of services on the language portal should be enlarged. Availability and functionality are the main requirements a modern information portal should meet. ?Our language portal was opened two months ago and users from 56 countries of the world have already visited it? ?We should use all potential of information technologies which will allow us to expand the spheres of its usage?, the Head of the Ministry noted.
