Truck carrying cement blocks flipped over on car

PETROPAVLOVSK. KAZINFORM A driver of a truck has overturned today in the morning in Petropavlovsk spilling cement blocks on Toyota Corolla parked nearby. Fortunately, the car owners were lucky to get out of the car in time.

Investigation is underway to determine the truck driver's degree of guilt.
