TV and Radio Complex of President unveils new season
TV and Radio Complex of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan unveiled the new TV season in style. Attending the presentation of the new season of Jibek Joly TV Сhannel were Assistant to President on the issues of inner policy and communications Ruslan Zheldibay and Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balayeva, Kazinform Agency reports.
The event summed up results of Jibek Joly TV Channel’s work in the past year. It also unveiled the new page – guess of the event saw what future holds for the TV channel, including new projects, news programs, popular talk shows, films and TV series.
“I’ve witnessed how the TV channel came into being from the idea, to its name, logo. This is a meticulous work indeed. In terms of modern world one year is nothing. However, Jibek Joly TV Channel has stepped up its game dramatically in a short period of time. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the staff of the TV channel,” Ruslan Zheldibay said.
Jibek Joly TV family is confidently gaining momentum with all key audiences.
“All mass media work for the benefit of viewership and readership in a highly competitive field. One of them, Jibek Joly TV Channel, was rebranded and gained the affection of viewers. The new season will without doubt bring in new audiences,” Minister Aida Balayev stressed.
Jibek Joly will remain the flagship TV channel focusing on the social and political life of the country. The new season will bring to the fore new social projects about the working class, talented youngsters and, on top of that, Kazakhstanis who play an active role in the life of the country.
Given the growing demand for news from Kazakhstan and the Central Asian region, Silk Way (Kazakh TV) TV Channel has offered its viewers news in English. The new season will unveiled a host of various TV projects in English dedicated to architecture, archeology, tourism, development of IT industry and other topics.
Director General of the TV and Radio Complex of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Raushan Kazhibayeva noted that today viewers are interested in the content, not in the environment in which it is delivered.
“The same can be attributed to the international broadcasting of Kazakhstan-based television that has not only grown geographically in the past year and a half, but has also added a new project – Silk Way Cinema. In this connection we are thankful to all Kazakhstani mass media that has contributed to this nationwide project,” Raushan Kazhibayeva said.
Heads of government agencies and mass media, journalists, public figures, businessmen and bloggers took part in the presentation of the new TV season.
