Two-year-old Uzbek boy survives seventh-floor fall

TASHKENT. April 8. KAZINFORM A two-year-old boy in Uzbekistan's second-largest city of Samarkand, miraculously survived after falling from the seventh-floor of the apartment building where he lived, a health official said on Wednesday; kazinform refers to RIA Novosti.

The child, who was being looked after by his 12-year-old sister, "fell from a seventh-story balcony when he was left alone," the official said. The boy has been hospitalized with concussion.
