U.S.A. stands for more active and responsible role of OSCE - H.Clinton
"The fact that Kazakhstan hosts the OSCE Summit which is for the first time held in Central Asia, will give a very strong signal which will be sounded as follows: lessons of the OSCE and Helsinki principles do not limit to one group of people or countries - they are applicable to the whole world", H.Clinton said.
She noted that she would hold a lot of meetings with heads of many countries during which issues like security in Afghanistan, nonproliferation of nuclear materials and weapon etc would be in focus.
"We are adhered to the OSCE being more active, relevant and we called all member states of the Organization for responsibility which promised to fulfill all obligations assumed. We want to emphasize the OSCE role and note importance of implementation of the Helsinki principles by the participating states", she said.
