UNESCO announces competition for young scientists of Kazakhstan

ALMATY. November 11. KAZINFORM /Yekaterina Ionova/ Today at the special press conference dedicated to the World Day of Science fore Peace and Development the UNESCO Cluster Office in Almaty has announced essay competition on the topic of "Development of Science, Technologies and Innovations in Kazakhstan".

Young scientists of scientific organizations and PhD students of the higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan can take part in the competition. The deadline for application is from November 12, 2010 through January 15, 2011.

The authors of the most interesting essays will be awarded honorary prizes. Their works will be included into the collection of essays that the UNESCO plans to publish in 2011
