Unified Information System of Healthcare in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. February 6. KAZINFORM Session on the prospects of development of Unified Informational System of Healthcare has been held today in the National Medical Holding, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Holding.

Heads of the Institute of Healthcare Development, the Medical Information-Analytical Center, ?Softline? CJSC and others took part in the session. Reps of such leading IT companies as Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Torrevieja, Indra were invited to the session as well. They discussed prospects of the development of the General Information System of Healthcare and other key issues. Initiative of the Kazakh Healthcare Ministry on development of the Unified Informational System of Healthcare in Kazakhstan with use of advanced technologies, introduction of effective approaches and modernization of the common character of the System was supported at the session. The participants decided to reconsider feasibility study of the System, taking into account adopted technical decisions and methodology of construction of information system for the healthcare.
