Unique light show by Belgian Koert Vermeulen to amaze Astana

ASTANA. March 15. KAZINFORM Astana will enjoy a unique sound & light show from a Belgian lighting designer Koert Vermeulen on the threshold of Nauryz (Nowruz).

The show sponsored by Astana administration (Akimat) set to be held at 21:00p.m. on 20 March will emmarvel for sure.

Koert Vermeulen boasts over 20 years of experience in the fields of architecture, entertainment and art installations.

Mr. Vermeulen was responsible for lightning design for opening and closing ceremonies of Youth Olympic Games in Singapore in 2010 and many other high-profile events.

"To bewitch the crowds, we always experiment with new methods of visual design. We pay special attention to several key elements: originality, visual impact, uniqueness and integration with the existing architecture. We toy around with new forms, technologies and materials," Koert Vermeulen says.
