Unique project uncovering Kazakh culture, traditions and history launched
Kazakhstan has launched a unique Qazaqculture.com project so that the world could get a test of Kazakh brand and identity, Kazinform News Agency has learnt from the press service of the Culture and Information Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The presentation of the website was held at the Central Communications Service this Friday by official spokesperson of the Kazakh Culture Ministry Elvira Zhurgenbayeva and the website developer Merei Zeinesh.
The new platform celebrating the Kazakh culture is a major step forward to popularize the country’s cultural heritage and national identity. The ministry is confident that it is bound to attract attention of the global community to not only Kazakhstan’s cultural heritage and diversity, but also our values.
The website offers its readers a chance to familiarize themselves with Kazakhstan in six official languages of the United Nations as well as Kazakh and Turkish. They will find unique publications from the archive fund of Kazakhstan, collections of historical records and archive materials. It will be an invaluable source of information for historians, researchers and those who enjoy learning new things about the past.
The website will present the media coverage of all cultural events both in Kazakhstan and worldwide, including festivals, fairs, premiers of books penned by well-known and budding authors, art exhibitions and more.
With the help of AI, visitors of the website will get a unique opportunity to travel through vast territories of Kazakhstan and all of its regions and landmarks through 3D tours.
