Unstable weather forecast across country Oct 24

Unstable weather with precipitation (rain and snow) and black ice persists in most regions of the country on October 24, Kazinform News Agency reports.

According to Kazhydromet, weather without precipitation will stay in central areas only, due to the impact of anti-cyclone.

Foggy and windy conditions are expected across the country.
