Unsteady weather with precipitation and strong wind forecast in Kazakhstan Nov 22

The South-Caspian cyclone and atmospheric fronts caused by it will bring today rain and snow to most parts of the country, Kazinform News Agency cites Kazhydromet.

Heavy rainfall will batter southern regions, while western, northwestern areas, and mountainous districts of the southeast of Kazakhstan will be hit by heavy precipitation (rain and snow).

Only eastern and southeastern regions will enjoy fair weather today.

Fog and ice slick as well as strong wind up to 23-28 meters per second are forecast across the country.

Gusts of wind in western, southern and northern areas of West Kazakhstan, Atyrau regions, south of Kostanay region, south and east of the North Kazakhstan region, west, north of Akmola, Mangistau regions will reach 23-28 meters per second, sometimes exceeding 30 meters per second.
