Updating of construction documents causes appreciation – Y. Orynbayev

ASTANA. August 17. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Updating of the construction documentation is the main cause of construction appreciation within the 100 Hospitals Program; Vice Prime Minister Yerbol Orynbayev informed today at the Governmental session.  

"At present, construction of 130 healthcare facilities including those under the 100 Hospitals Program is planned in the country. 6 facilities have been launched. 86 facilities are under construction including 63 ones within the program. 22 facilities as well as 11 ones within the program are expected to be completed this year", - Y. Orynbayev informed.

According to him the main cause of construction facilities appreciation under the 100 Hospitals Program became the updating of the construction documents. There are 38 such facilities with amount to KZT 26.6 bln for 2010.

"The second reason of appreciation is connected with the long term construction whereas the cost is changed during several years due to the price adjustment", - he added.

"The third reason is the time displacement of projects. In this case the construction documents go out of date", - he concluded.
