Ust-Kamenogorsk to develop renewable energy with the British ‘Power Word LTD”

UST-KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM - Akim of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk Temirbek Kasimdzhanov and chairman of the board of the British company "PowerWood LTD" David Peters have signed a memorandum on cooperation in the field of renewable energy, the press service of the mayor of the city reported.

In order to implement the Memorandum "Power Wood LTD" is developing a project to build power plants based on renewable energy and biomass. City administration of Ust-Kamenogorsk is taking steps to release and clear areas creating all necessary conditions for the construction and operation of the facilities. Mr. David Peters thanked the Akim of the regional center, and noted the importance of the project for his company. The parties have agreed not to delay the project's implementation.
