Uzbekistan imported goods and services from 172 countries

In January-September, goods and services were imported to Uzbekistan from 172 countries, Kabar reports.

More than 2/3 of imports come from such large partner countries as China, Russia, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Korea, Türkiye, Germany, and Turkmenistan, the Statistics Agency reports.

In the structure of the country’s imports, a significant share belongs to Tashkent, namely 50.1%, or $13,529.5 million, and the smallest share is recorded in Surkhandarya – 0.3%, or $87.2 million.

In general, imports to Uzbekistan amounted to $27,014.8 million (the increase in growth rates compared to January-September 2022 was 21.2%).
