Uzbekistan – Kyrgyzstan: A new level of cooperation in tourism

Representatives of leading travel companies, national parks, and tourist sites of Kyrgyzstan visited Namangan region, UzA reports.

“Namangan is known to the world as a city of flowers”, says Abdukadir Aliyev, head of the “Destination Osh” Tourism Association. “Your region has created such a powerful brand that with the Flower Festival alone, you have attracted as many tourists as all regions gather in a year. We are planning to implement several projects in the tourism sector".

A meeting of entrepreneurs in tourism from Namangan and Osh regions, a presentation of tourism in both regions, and events to sign a memorandum of cooperation took place.
