V. Lossertalese to inspect EXPO-2017 facilities in Astana

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The official visit of Secretary General of the International Exhibition Bureau Vicente Lossertalese to Astana began today. The purpose of the visit is to inspect EXPO facilities.

Mr. Lossertalese will familiarize with the progress in construction of the exhibition pavilion and hear the reports of representatives of national companies on the process of preparation for the exhibition, the press service of "Astana EXPO-2017" National Company informs.

He will meet with representative of the board of "Astana EXPO-2017" National Company Talgat Yermegiyayev.

A series of presentation have been prepared for Mr. Lossertalese. They will provide an idea of the thematic pavilions of the exhibition and information about attraction of international participants.

The foreign guest will also take part in discussion of a number of issues of marketing and mass events scheduled to be held within the presentation of the EXPO-2017 project.

Besides, the Secretary General of the IEB will hold a number of official meetings. He is scheduled to meet with Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov and Mayor of Astana Adilbek Dzhaksybekov within his two-day visit.

As result of the visit, a media briefing with the participation of Mr. Lossertalese, T. Yermegiyayev and Commissioner of the EXPO-2017 Rapil Zhoshybayev will be held at the CCS, March 19.
