Vacant apartments in Astana be leased: Session of Kazakh Government

ASTANA. February 10. KAZINFORM /Bauyrzhan Mukanov/ ?The issue of leasing of vacant apartments is considered in Astana?, Kazakh Minister of Industry and Trade Vladimir Shkolnik has said today at the session of the Government, Kazinform reports.

?18 facilities of shared construction in Astana are financed through ?Samruk Kazyna? Fund in accordance with the schedule. But there are problems with attraction of money of interest-holders and repayments of loans?, V.Shkolnik said. ?We consider that it is possible to use the experience of ?Vek? corporation in Almaty. The company leases about 50 unsold apartments and thus supports its financial well-being?, V.Shkolnik said.
