Vice Minister of Culture acquainted with problems of Kazakh Diaspora in Tajikistan

ASTANA.  August 12. KAZINFORM  Vice Minister of Culture and Information Askar Buribayev has met today with the representatives of the Kazakh Diaspora and members of Tajikistan-Kazakhstan Friendship Organization in Dushanbe within  participation in a session of the CIS Council for Cultural Cooperation.

As the press service of the Kazakh Embassy in Tajikistan informs, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to this country Abutalip Akhmetov took part in the meeting which was held in an office of Tajikistan-Baiterek public association.

The guests were informed of activity of the public organizations, their objectives and further prospects. Constructive dialogue and exchange of views on closer interaction  and assistance from the side of the Kazakh Ministry in propaganda of traditions, Kazakhs' every day life took place. Besides, Kazakhstan's achievements in various fields were discussed.

In turn, Kazakhstan Ambassador noted necessity of solution of one of the urgent problems of the Diaspora: lack of attention and interest from the side of Kazakh organizations.

Vice Minister Buribayev noted active work of the Kazakh Diaspora in Tajikistan and assured the meeting participants in his assistance in solution of their problems.
