Vice PM, Nur Otan survey construction projects funded by Samruk-Kazyna

ANA. August 14. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ -  Today in Astana first Vice-PM Umirzak Shukeyev, Chairman of the Samruk-Kazyna fund Kairat Kelimbetov and the Nur Otan party committee inspected the construction projects which are financed by the Samruk-Kazyna fund. The delegation visited eleven home construction projects.

 "In late 2007 the crisis affected the construction market. If it had not been for the anti-recession program and the President's support, 62 thousand home investors would have been left homeless and without money, and about 30 thousand people in Astana would have been jobless. Whereas in Russia 80 percent of construction companies are on the edge of bankruptcy", Shukeyev said.

The surveyed facilities will be purchased by the Real Estate Fund, the Vice-PM said.  There still exist some problems, he noted, however it is evident that everything has been done correctly and in due time.
