Vice PM urges not to politicize housing problem
ASTANA. December 7. KAZINFORM Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Krymbek Kusherbayev has urged not to turn housing provision into a political issue at the parliament hearings on the state and prospects of housing provision for population at Majilis on Friday.

"The housing problem is an issue for everyone. This is an acute problem. You know there are attempts to politicize this problem and turn in into a barrier between the authorities and the society. But what we really need is to find the solution to this problem," K. Kusherbayev stressed.
The Vice Premier of Kazakhstan noted a lot had been done in this respect in line with the president's instructions over the years of independence. Necessary laws and regulations are in place.
Kazakhstan has also launched "Affordable Housing-2020" Program that is to provide affordable housing for population.
