Vinokurov finished his career with 23 place in individual time trial in London

ASTANA. August 1. KAZINFORM Famous Kazakh cyclist, Kazakhstan's first Olympic champion of this year, Alexander Vinokurov, took 23rd place in the individual time trial.

Vinokurov finished the 44 km long distance with the result 55:37.05.

This race was the last one in his sports career.

First place was taken by Bradley Wiggins of Great Britain (50:39.54). Germany's Tony Martin won the silver medal. The bronze medal goes to British Christopher Froome.

Kazakhstan's Assan Bazayev finished the race in 31st place.
