Visit of Kazakh President to France - new day in bilateral relations: Anne-Marie Idrac

PARIS. October 27. KAZINFORM /Dimash Syzdykov/ "The visit of the President of Kazakhstan to France is a new great day in relations between our states", French State Secretary for Foreign Trade Anne-Marie Idrac said at the Kazakh-French business forum in Paris.

She also expressed her gratitude to the Head of the State for his visit to Paris and said that she was impressed by the Nursultan Nazarbayev's distinct vision of the future of Kazakhstan.

According to the French official, the visit of the Kazakh President has political importance in light of the presidency of our country in the OSCE.

Addressing the audience of the forum Anne-Marie Idrac said that the Summit of the Organization was an important political event for all OSCE member states. Besides, the visit of N.Nazarbayev contributes to the development of the economies of both countries as long as Kazakhstan and France share views on many issues. "Kazakhstan is the main partner of France in Central Asia", she said.

The French politician also noted that France fully supported the Kazakhstan's accession to the WTO.
